Delete your account.

We're sorry to see you go. To delete your PDFrio account (Android app) and all associated data, follow the steps below.

Send an email from the same email address associated with your PDFrio account.
Use the subject line: "Delete My PDFrio Account".
Include your registered email in the body for verification.
We will process your request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (name, email, profile photo)
Authentication credentials
Premium subscription status
Analytics data associated with your account

What's not stored on our servers

PDFrio does not store your PDF files, scanned documents, or AI chat history on our servers. All files stay on your device and aren't affected by account deletion.

If you only used the web tools at pdfrio.priodemy.com, there's nothing to delete — we don't have an account for you.
